How to make organic Apple Juice

On the way to the store? Don't forget to grab some apples! Not only can we make applesauce we can also make apple juice and with less effort.This two step process can be done by anyone and almost everywhere. All you need is frozen apples,mason jars,and hand juicer (optional).First take your frozen apples and let the apples unthaw naturally.Then squeeze the juice from the apples into a jar using your hands or a hand juicer. Enjoy!!






How to make organic Puff Balls

Did you know that you can make your own puff balls? We know some parents are skeptical when it comes to buying snacks for children,whether you need a snack nut free,dairy free or gluten free; Here below are steps to do it yourself (DIY).....

Ingredients: Coconut Oil (or Avocado Oil),flax seed,Cream of Wheat(or organic instant rice cereal),applesauce(or any fruit sauce or puree of your choice) ,water

Step 1: Buy or make applesauce or puree (you can make applesauce (or puree) by steaming the pealed and seedless apples,after you steam the apples put in blender)

Step 2: 2 tbs of flax seed ,1/2 Cup of leafy green veggie(ex.spinach or kale) 1 tsp baking powder blend all together including applesauce (or puree) ,5 tbs water -Mix ingredients in a bowl

Step 3: Put ingredients in a decorating bag or zip-lock bag and cut the tip of bag

Step 4: Squeeze ingredients into pan (like the picture above)....& preheat oven to 350

Step 5: Bake for 10 min or until light crisp. Let cool.Enjoy or Store in vacuum sealed jar (can last up til a week)
