Aloe Vera, Aloe Barbadensis, Aloe Arborescens and Aloe Capensis (apart of Aloeaceae family) commonly know as Aloe Gel or Aloe Leaf is a plant with so many wonderful benefits that can be used in multiple situations. But of course these findings known to help some people still require more research to support its claims because none of it has been scientifically proven. How To Use Aloe Gel
Cut a slice of aloe vera and apply the gel directly to your skin or hair but do not wash off. Apply aloe gel on a small part of skin first and observe the reaction .
