Avocados healing properties for inflamed itching skin.Great remedy for dry skin and hair conditions. Strengthens hair and skin and promotes hair growth (thicker hair).Contains vitamin A,B1, B2,D,E and great source of protein.

Almonds contain lots of healthy fats, fiber, protein, magnesium,potassium,calcium,iron,zinc and vitamin E &D. Almonds strengthens the hair follicles and vitamin E promotes hair growth. Locks in moisture for hair and skin.

Here’s a good hair mask treatment:

  1. Damp hair with spray bottle

  2. Chop Onion and Garlic into pot with Coconut Oil bring to boil

  3. Strain ingredients once cool and mix with Avocado and egg (optional)

  4. Divide hair into 4 sections and apply concoction to each subsection.(Leave in Hair 30 min to 1 hour) depending on length and thickness

  5. Rinse. Towel blot hair dry.

  6. Spray hair with Aloe Vera mixed with water(optional)
